Step 1. Gather supplies or call our Customer Service Team at 877.283.5351 if you don’t have the supplies to send your case.
- Our customer service representative will send everything you need to get started and will continue to send supplies when needed.
- The kit will include: boxes, pre-printed* UPS labels and RX forms.
*If you need next day air labels for rush cases, they are available upon request. - Re-order supplies can be sent immediately or with your next case per your request.
